Fitness Center
The 大象传媒 Fitness Center is a supportive place to work out in the Littleton community. Whether you鈥檙e interested in serious training, a fitness routine, a class, or stress relief, our staff of certified personal trainers will help you reach your fitness goals.
Members enjoy access to:

- Individual strength training machines
- Stationary upright and recumbent bicycles
- Expresso video upright bikes
- Indoor spin bikes
- Treadmills
- Elliptical cross-trainers
- Free weights
- Free motion cable machines
- Wheelchair-accessible weight machine
- Stability balls, Bosu balls, balance disks, kettlebells, and more
- Indoor basketball and pickleball courts
- Outdoor tennis courts
- SilverSneakers庐 Fitness program is a health and fitness program facility for adults 65+ on Medicare Advantage Plans. We offer fitness classes for all abilities led by our SilverSneakers庐 trained instructors. .
